Mt Gravatt Community Kindergarten is a community based non-profit organisation, affiliated with The Gowrie (Qld), that has provided early childhood education for young children for over 60 years. The centre is operated by a management committee which is elected from the parent body.
Set among the trees at the base of Mount Gravatt Lookout, our kindergarten has a unique bushland playground offering many natural play experiences, activities and challenges for children to explore and enjoy.
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher / Co-Director / Co-Nominated Supervisor to commence 18th January 2021. The position will be for Group A, which run two long days per week (child contact hours 8am to 3.30pm). This is a 12-month contract position with a view to a permanent role from 2021 (full or part time yet to be determined).
The centre recently retained its Exceeding rating through the Assessment and Ratings process; and is led by a highly experienced team who are passionate about early childhood education.

Landsborough Community Kindergarten is seeking the services of a dynamic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher for a 12-month contract.

About The Role
This position is a temporary tenure, replacing a staff member on parental leave. The position will commence on Monday 18th January 2021 and conclude on Friday 10th December 2021.
The position is for a total of 23.86 hours per fortnight spanning a 3-day fortnight model. The successful applicant will be employed three days per fortnight, comprising two teaching days and one non-contact day per fortnight for completing Co-Director/Nominated Supervisor responsibilities. Days of work will be every Wednesday (teaching days) and alternating Thursdays (office day).
The role holder will work collaboratively alongside another early childhood teacher and Co-Director/Nominated Supervisor.
