Birralee Kindergarten & Community Pre-school Assoc Inc.

Birralee Kindergarten is a community-based kindergarten, affiliated with Lady Gowrie.  We believe childhood is a unique time of life, to be valued and enjoyed in its own right. It is the time where foundations are laid for future health, learning and well-being.  We value children growing up with the understandings, skills and dispositions to be caring people and effective learners, able to contribute to their world and to enjoy rich and successful relationships with others.   A child’s pre-prep year provides a wonderful opportunity for them to learn, explore and develop in a fun, safe, caring and friendly environment.

Each day at kindergarten is a new adventure, a new story to tell.  Our qualified and professional teaching staff are dedicated to the education of children.  We utilise the QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline) curriculum to encourage independence, intellectual development, social values (sharing) and development of good communication skills through a play based program.
