Kindergarten Assistant/Educator – Jimboomba Community Kindergarten
We are a well-established kindergarten, who are looking for a motivated and passionate Assistant/Educator. Jimboomba Community Kindergarten is a modern and vibrant Centre located in the heart of Jimboomba. The team are enthusiastic and welcoming and the service has a beautiful relaxed and homely feel.

If you are an experienced Assistant/Educator with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who wants to make a real difference this role is for you! This role will be part-time in 2026 to support our end of week group with the potential to become full-time in 2027.
You will need:
- Preferred Anaphylaxis and Asthma Approved Certificates
- Previous experience as an Assistant/Educator
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to plan and evaluate for the children
- A sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Most importantly, a passion for working with children and a commitment to your role.
Duties:
- Engage in activities for children
- Incorporate and meet EYLF requirements
- Assist the Teacher
- Assist in the Centre’s daily routines and processes

Wages are offered in line with Jimboomba Community Kindergarten’s Enterprise Agreement depending on experience and qualifications.
